Making Bread Rolls
Great for soups, lunches platters or dinner

How To Make Breadrolls (in bread maker).
Ingredients
tsp = teaspoon
- 4x tsp of sure bake yeast
- 1x tsp salt
- 2x tsp white sugar
- 4 and 1/3 cups of High Grade flour
- 1 and 1⁄2 cups of luke warm water
Method
Place above ingredients in the bread maker and choose basic dough selection on your bread maker.This should be 2hours 20mins.
Then
Remove dough from bread maker,with slightly oiled hands, place on lightly dusted bench surface, and knock back,(remove all the air in the bread).
Shape bread rolls and place on a nice warmed (oiled) oven tray. Cover with t-towel and allow to rise 1-2 hours depending on the temperature of the room.
Turn oven on to 200 degrees°C.
