Breakfast Homemade Crepe's
A house hold favourite
The Recipe
125 g Flour, pinch or two of salt, 1 tsp (teaspoon ) Baking, Powder, 1 or 2 eggs, 300 ml milk.
Method
Sift dry ingredients together, make a well in the centre of the bowl and drop in eggs then add milk slowly to make a thin batter.
Pour into a jug, heat a little butter to cover pan. Get pan nice and hot. Cover bottom of pan with batter and cook until browned. It gets little holes appearing in the centre of the batter, turn and cook other side.
Toppings
Mashed banana, sugar and lemon juice, honey, maple syrup, nutella. Anything you like.
On the video I used a made up mix of frozen blue berries, honey and maple syrup. I warmed on stove until there appeared a nice wet sauce to cover crepes. Dust with icing sugar.
